Dawn is an edupreneur and visionary leader who co-founded over ten nonprofit organizations and charter schools. Alongside her business partner, she co-created and pioneered the innovative iLEAD/Maker approach—centered on project-based learning, social-emotional development, and leadership growth. This entrepreneurial foundation deeply informs how she coaches today.
